Why is DT Max limiting on Quebec schedule M the amount of tuition fees used by my client even though there is tax payable?

This is caused by the claim for the tax reduction for families being handled incorrectly by the program.

If it is claimed by the spouse, DT Max performs the optimization as if the reduction was claimed by the family head instead of the spouse. As a workaround, in the file of the family head, use the keyword CLAIM-OV in the group Tuition-Edu and enter the correct amount.

Inversely, if the tax reduction for families is claimed by the family head, DT Max performs the optimization as if it was claimed by the spouse instead of the family head. The workaround is the same but it takes place in the file of the spouse.
